Robin is a specialist in using economic development and regeneration to address poverty and promote inclusion. He has been working on this for over 20 years in the North East’s public and voluntary sectors, and is starting to get the hang of it. He works on a portfolio basis, delivering consultancy support to public, private and voluntary sector clients on subjects ranging from business and enterprise support through skills and employment support to child poverty.

In 2013 he established Your Back Yard CIC, which is actively supporting community-led regeneration projects across the North East and Yorkshire. Robin is acting Chair of Clean Slate.
