Sandra English is the founder and lead coach at Mirror Image Coaching. With over 12 years experience in the field of self-image psychology and motivational change, the company now works with individuals and groups through workshops and a range of programmes. The aim of this work is to support people on a self-awareness journey to break down barriers to living successful and fulfilling lives.

Sandra has been an advisor to Clean Slate for several years and is passionate about supporting people through change, in particular those individuals living vulnerable and chaotic lives. Her strap line is “I do what I love and love what I do”.
